You are allowed 24 hours to edit your print after ordering through our automated email system. Check your order confirmation email and click "Edit" to make changes. By default, after 24 hours, prints will be sent to our facility for printing and fulfillment. Unfortunately, any edits after 24 hours will not be available.

This unfortunately happens with shipping at times, and we apologize for any inconvenience. In the event your poster is damaged, please contact us at email@example.com, with a photo of your damaged print. We will review, and send you a replacement, free of charge if we conclude that the damage was a shipping-related problem!
Within the continental United States: after the proof has been approved - our shipping time is between 4-10 business days using USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority (framed orders). For International Orders - our typical shipping time is between 15-30 days.

Our shipping partners give us the information to update the tracking code on your order.
At times, tracking may take a little bit of extra time to update. It can take up to two business days for the tracking code to update.
1. My print has been marked as delivered but isn't here yet:
Most of the time the carrier has marked it as delivered, but has been left in the truck/van for deliverty. Allow for another one/two business days for it to be physically delivered to you.
Other times - the carrier may have left the package with a neighbor or in an obscure part of your property. Be sure to check around before assuming it has been lost.
The vast majority of time: the print will either be delivered within one or two business days, or it is on or around the property.
2. My tracking hasn't updated or reads "In Pre-Shipment".
This happens at times due to the human-element of scanning shipping labels and tracking codes. We typically deliver our prints to our postal facility every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - so if the tracking has not updated, it is not because we haven't fulfilled your order, it is most likely due to a scan of the label not taking place.
Most of the time, the tracking label will update as it moves through checkpoints along its route. Rest assured it should be on it's way. If you are experiencing a delay of longer than 5 business days on your tracking, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate for you.
We are still operating through the pandemic. Rest assured, our products are produced in our US facility with social distancing enforced, staff has been reduced to ensure the best health and safety practices. We are following CDC and WHO guidelines for COVID-19 safety which also include: regular cleaning of communal areas and equipment, increased training on safety practices, awareness of staff and visitors who may have traveled from higher-risk areas, and more.
Orders should still go out as expected & on time.
